A structural difference. Not a better pitch.
The difference is where we start, and where we stop.
Our story
Meyrahkee started from a frustration most founders didn't even know existed or couldn't recognise until it was already a problem.
Searches were getting run before anyone had agreed what the role was actually for. Levels were set by budget, not by the work. Good people were hired into jobs the organisation wasn't ready to give them.
So we built the practice we wished existed: one that asks the organisational question first, then finds the hire. That's the whole philosophy, no process theatre, no volume metrics, no placement-fee arithmetic deciding who gets put in front of you. We're not optimising for placement fees. We're optimising for outcomes.
